R. Matthew Russell
Matthew is first and foremost one of the geekiest nerds you may ever meet. He is truly an American native, having been raised across the United States of America from the East to the West Coasts and in between. He has lived in: Manhattan, KS; Oahu, HI; Clarksville, TN; Oakton, VA; Richmond Hill, GA; Murfreesboro, TN; and Franklin, TN.
He has earned the Grand Duke University TIP Award, one school history award, two school music awards, one school foreign language award, and has participated in three Mid-State Choirs and two All-State Choirs. He has also earned the Eagle Scout award from the former Boy Scouts of America and has hiked more than 70 miles in the Appalachian Mountains.
He is a proud member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and the son of two intellectual parents.
